Launching a boat from the beach is really simple, assuming that you know what you are doing. If the beach is soft, then you really need a four wheel drive. Other Beach Driving techniques may come in handy too. You need to assess the beach in terms of how fast the water gets deep, the wave size and how soft the sand is. It is also important to consider how heavy and big your boat is; a small one can be launched almost anywhere, but a 2 tonne boat has to have a decent boat ramp.
