The Broome Plane Wrecks are well worth the walk. You need to head off very early in the morning to see them though, as the tide comes in fairly quickly. You can even go on a Hovercraft tour in Broome which will drive you to the wrecks. These planes were shot down several decades ago, and are a large part of Broome’s history.
