On sand, the longer and wider your tyres are the better the car will float. This Range Rover just out of Lancelin at Wedge Island floats very well. The tyres are just ex drag ones, but the car wouldn’t be road legal in Western Australia. Range Rovers make for brilliant 4wd Vehicles, and with a few modifications they will easily keep up and even beat a Toyota or Nissan.
