Penguin Island and anywhere off the coast where you can see and/or possibly swim with seals. I know you have fished/snorkelled in places like this. The reason to add this places is that seeing these animals in other countries is either not possible or rather expensive. In Perth it is free. I didn't really realise Penguins or Seals would be so interesting until I reached South America...everyone wants to see them here and they will pay. Hope that helps.
